The information collected from the contact forms is necessary to process your request. This information is recorded and forwarded to the departments at TRATO with responsibility for processing it. It will never be used for any purposes other than those stated and never forwarded to partners. This data is only stored on our servers and in our Sarbacane emailing system for subscriptions to the newsletter. No personal information other than that requested for these purposes is collected without your knowledge.
Pursuant to the regulations, we do not collect data concerning racial or ethnic origins, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions or trade union membership, genetic personal data, biometric personal data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, personal data concerning health or personal data concerning the sex life or sexual orientation of a natural person. These categories of special personal data are never collected or processed by TRATO.

We process your personal information in a transparent and secure manner. We collect and store your personal information to be able to send you among other things information concerning our latest news, our new products or invitations to exhibitions in which the company participates.
